As an Analyst at Napa LAFCO, I support the agency’s mission to promote orderly growth, efficient service delivery, and preservation of agricultural and open space lands. My responsibilities include conducting complex research and analysis on jurisdictional boundary changes, preparing staff reports and public presentations, and assisting with policy development and long-range planning initiatives. I also play a key role in coordinating with cities, special districts, and county departments to ensure compliance with the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Act and support transparent, data-driven decision-making.

With a background in the public sector spanning over two decades, I bring experience in local government operations, interagency coordination, and fiscal analysis. Prior to joining Napa LAFCO, I worked in private industry, politics and the film business, where I developed a strong foundation in public policy and community-focused service delivery. I’m passionate about good governance, land use policy, and ensuring that public services are equitable and sustainable for all Napa County residents.
