Specifically, JPAs that were formed prior to January 1, 2017 are required to file copies of their agreements and any amendments to their agreements with LAFCO no later than July 1, 2017. New JPA agreements and new amendments to existing JPA agreements after January 1, 2017 must be filed within 30 days after the effective date of the agreement or amendment to the agreement. Below is a listing of JPAs that have filed with LAFCO their agreements and any amendments to their agreements.
