LAFCO of Napa County's Clerk/Jr. Analyst Stephanie Pratt won first place in the CALAFCO Workshop photo contest. The theme was Juxtapositions: Developed land vs. Undeveloped land in California. Her photo from an area known as "The Ruins" in an American Canyon development in progress captured the win.
These are the additional photos that Ms. Pratt entered. Again, from The Ruins and two from the Stanley Ranch development. So much beauty and thoughtful development happening in Napa County.
