Charlie joined Napa LAFCO in November 2025 as the Commission Clerk. She is a native of Sonoma County who moved to Napa in 2023. Charlie earned two Associates’ Degrees, one in History and the other in Social Sciences, before transferring to Arizona State where she is currently finishing her BA through their remote program. Prior to working for LAFCO her experience has been in the private sector where she developed strong administrative skills and a community-oriented attitude. In her role she will support the Executive Officer and Staff Analyst, as well as assisting the Commission by coordinating meetings, maintaining official records, and ensuring that all proceedings are conducted efficiently and transparently. She looks forward to contributing to LAFCO’s mission and continuing to grow in a role that supports thoughtful local governance.
